Intermediate Judo Program
The Intermediate Judo Program is focused on skill development while promoting physical and cognitive growth. From ages 8 through 12, yellow to orange/green belts, kids will improve their abilities on discipline, focus, self esteem and confidence.

Eligibility – Must be 8-12 years of age, Yellow to Orange/Green Belt.
Intermediate Classes – Classes are Mondays and Thursdays from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm and Saturdays from 1:00 noon to 2:00 pm.
ABC’s of Athleticism – Focuses on the ABC’s of athleticism in a fun, participatory environment. Basic movement skills and general development leading to physical literacy are emphasized.
Learning to Train – Begins integration of physical, emotional and cognitive development, with emphasis on skill development. Our goal is to develop a life-long learning approach to Judo by providing a fun but challenging environment and teaching the fundamentals of Judo while getting fit.
