YOUTH JUDO

Youth Judo Program 

The Youth Judo  Program for those 12 years through 17 years of age, is to increase fitness while woking on life values, building confidence, discipline and respect for all.  This class will help students discover and achieve their full potential.

Eligibility – Must be 12 to 17 years of age, Beginner to Green Belt.

Teen Classes – Teem Classes are Mondays and Thursdays from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm and Saturdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.  There is an optional Judo Fitness Conditioning class on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm.

“My son and daughter joined the Teen Judo Program, they spend  less time on social media and are more focused at school.  They look forward to Judo and are much more active,  which was a struggle before they started judo”.

The focus on the teen class is increasing fitness, giving them skills to help defend themselves through Judo. This class is quite challenging and will push them to their physical limits.

Our goal is to develop a life-long learning approach to Judo by providing a fun but challenging environment and teaching the fundamentals of Judo while getting fit.

Our main objective is to develop life skills incorporating the philosophy of Judo by developing the following:

  • Respect to Others
  • Discipline
  • Focus
  • Sportsmanship
